OceanSkill is a curated marketplace for production-ready AI agent skills. You can evaluate public metadata, compatibility, and releases before securely using protected skill content through MCP.

Create an account, open your dashboard, generate an OceanSkill access key, then add the MCP server configuration to your supported AI agent client.

MCP lets your AI client discover tools and request protected skill content at runtime. OceanSkill validates your key, permissions, and available usage before returning content.

The dashboard Usage area shows how many MCP calls your account has made. Each successful protected request is recorded as a usage event.

Compare the skill's supported clients, license, release status, category, and readiness signals. Related skills on each detail page help you compare alternatives in the same category.

Public pages expose enough metadata to evaluate a skill, while protected instructions are delivered only after authenticated authorization. This protects creators and avoids accidental indexing of private content.

Credits represent available protected usage. A request is accepted only when your account and access key are valid and your balance or entitlement permits the call.

Access is validated server-side and account data is isolated with Supabase Postgres Row Level Security. Treat keys like passwords: do not place them in public repositories or browser code.

Skills declare their compatible clients, such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or other MCP-capable tools. Check the compatibility list on each skill detail page.
